  I called to check on my brother and the person who answered the phone was rude. Her tone was rude she didn't want to be bothered. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes, no one ever came back to the phone. I called back and they just disconnected the call. It was early in the morning around 6:30. I woke up with my brother heavy on my mind. I just wanted to know how he was doing before I get dress and drive there. It's a sad place.
